Wrap up your month with a peaceful walk and friendly faces at the next La Mesa Walks! outing hosted by the La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center. On Wednesday, June 25, participants will meet at La Mesita Park for an easy walk — ideal for those who enjoy flatter paths and a relaxed pace.
This walk is part of a weekly series created to keep older adults active, engaged, and socially connected in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Event: La Mesa Walks!
Date & Time: Wednesday, June 25 | 9:00 – 10:30 AM
Location: La Mesita Park – 8885 Dallas St., La Mesa
Difficulty Level: Easy (1.5 to 3 miles, mostly flat)
Other Notes:
– Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in
– Walk begins promptly at 9:00 AM
– Bring water and dress for the weather
– Restrooms available at the start/end point
– Rain will cancel
