Looking for a fun and active way to start your morning? The La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center invites you to take part in La Mesa Walks!, a weekly walking series designed to bring the community together while promoting wellness for adults of all ages.

The June 4 walk begins at Rolando Park and is rated advanced, perfect for those who enjoy a challenging route with stairs and steeper inclines. If you’re ready for a good workout in a friendly group setting, this walk is for you.

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 4 | 9:00 – 10:30 AM
Location: Rolando Park – 6600 Vigo Dr., La Mesa
Difficulty Level: Advanced (1.5 to 5 miles with stairs and inclines)
Other Notes:
– Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in
– Walk begins promptly at 9:00 AM
– Bring water and dress for the weather
– Restrooms available at start/end point
– Rain will cancel
