Caring Hearts Loyalty Program | July 2025 Charity Focus
At Heartfelt Care Agency, our mission goes far beyond delivering trustworthy in-home care. Through our Caring Hearts Loyalty Program, we honor every new client and referral by donating to a local charity that improves the lives of seniors in our community.
For July, we’re focusing on a critical but often overlooked need: transportation and mobility for older adults. That’s why we’ve themed this month’s campaign “July Journeys” — spotlighting organizations that ensure seniors can get to medical appointments, grocery stores, and community events with dignity and ease.
Each organization selected this month provides life-changing rides and mobility support to older adults in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.
Los Angeles: Wheels for Elders – St. Barnabas Senior Services
Many seniors in LA face isolation simply because they can’t get where they need to go. St. Barnabas’s Wheels for Elders program offers free, door-to-door rides for older adults in Central Los Angeles. Whether it’s a medical visit or a trip to the market, these rides provide more than just transportation — they deliver independence, connection, and dignity.

Orange County: Age Well Senior Services – Transportation Program
In South Orange County, Age Well’s transportation service ensures that no senior is left behind. With friendly drivers and reliable scheduling, they help older adults attend appointments, visit loved ones, and maintain a high quality of life.

San Diego County: FACT (Facilitating Access to Coordinated Transportation)
Serving all of San Diego County, FACT specializes in coordinating affordable and accessible rides for seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities. They even operate a volunteer driver program, extending the reach of public services into underserved areas.
Through your referrals and support, we’re helping seniors across San Diego get where they need to go, safely and affordably.
