Celebrate the holiday season in style with the City of Hermosa Beach Recreation Program!
Hermosa Beach seniors are invited to join a private chartered boat excursion for the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade, one of Southern California’s most beloved holiday traditions.
Event Details:
Date: Thursday, December 18, 2025
Time: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Hermosa Beach Community Center, 710 Pier Avenue, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254
Cost: $55 residents / $60 non-residents (includes private boat charter and participation in the parade)
What to Expect:
Seniors will enjoy an unforgettable holiday evening aboard a private charter:
- Exclusive private boat charter reserved for our group
- Full participation in the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade
- Onboard holiday music and festive atmosphere
- Incredible views of decorated homes and other parade boats
Bring Your Own Dinner or Picnic:
Make yourself comfortable during the cruise—guests are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, or picnic to enjoy onboard.
Bar On Board:
An onboard bar will be available for drink purchases. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted.

- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Those with physical limitations must sign up with a friend or family member
- No refunds are available for this excursion
