Experience the magic of the season from the water with the Newport Harbor Holiday Lights Cruise on Thursday, December 4. This festive excursion departs at 2:00 p.m. from Anderson Park Senior Center, with an evening return around 9:00 p.m., offering a full afternoon and evening of holiday cheer.
The outing begins with a family-style dinner at Buca di Beppo, where participants can relax, enjoy hearty Italian dishes, and socialize before heading to the harbor. After dinner, guests will board the holiday cruise and spend 1 hour and 45 minutes gliding through Newport Harbor, surrounded by glittering lights, decorated yachts, cheerful music, and waterfront homes glowing with festive displays.
This is one of Southern California’s most beloved seasonal traditions and offers a unique way for seniors to enjoy the holidays in comfort and style. Be sure to dress warmly and bring a camera to capture the sparkling views.
Important Note:
The boat is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers should be comfortable boarding and moving around the vessel.

This is a Level 3 excursion, which may include moderate physical activity, such as standing for extended periods, walking more than half a mile, climbing steps, and boarding the bus and boat multiple times.

- Price: $105 (includes $5 registration fee)

Refund & Credit Policy:
- Household account credits may be issued if all reservations are sold and the City can resell your spot.
- If the City cancels the excursion, participants may choose between a household account credit or refund.

- Charter bus transportation is provided to and from the excursion site.
