The City of Redondo Beach Senior and Family Services is hosting a fascinating full-day excursion to Alta Loma that blends craftsmanship, dining, and nostalgic sweets.
Participants will enjoy a guided tour of the home of legendary woodworker Sam Maloof, followed by lunch in a rainforest-themed restaurant and a visit to a beloved Southern California candy shop that has been crafting treats since the 1930s.
This thoughtfully planned outing offers culture, conversation, and a little indulgence — all in one memorable day.

The final stop of the day brings visitors to Logan’s Candies, a charming family-owned confectionery that has been operating since 1933.
This nostalgic candy shop is famous for:
