El Segundo Day Trippers Visit to the Getty Center in Los Angeles

Hosted by the El Segundo Joslyn Center, the Day Trippers program brings together active seniors who enjoy exploring new destinations across Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas. This social and engaging group offers monthly outings designed to help older adults discover art, history, food, and local landmarks while building meaningful connections along the way.

Event Details

Join the El Segundo Day Trippers for a visit to the Getty Center, one of Los Angeles’ most iconic cultural destinations. Known for its impressive architecture, world-class art collections, and breathtaking views of the city, the Getty Center offers a unique and enriching experience for visitors of all interests.

Seniors can enjoy exploring galleries, strolling through beautifully landscaped gardens, and taking in panoramic views, all while sharing the experience with a friendly and social group.

Destination: Getty Center, Los Angeles

Cost: $10 for transportation. 

Participants will be responsible for entry fees and any additional costs at the location. When reservations are required, tickets may be purchased by the Recreation Department and added to the trip fee.
