Heartfelt Care Agency’s July Journeys Campaign Helps Seniors Stay Mobile Across Southern California

Through its Caring Hearts Loyalty Program, the agency supports senior transportation services in LA, Orange, and San Diego Counties

Torrance, CA – [July 1, 2025]

This July, Heartfelt Care Agency is proud to announce its Caring Hearts Loyalty Program donations will support senior transportation programs across Southern California. The July Journeys campaign highlights organizations providing essential rides to help seniors maintain independence and stay connected to their communities.

From getting to doctor’s appointments to picking up groceries, transportation is often the barrier between aging with dignity and becoming isolated. Through every new client and referral, Heartfelt is helping fuel solutions to that challenge — one ride at a time.

  • Los Angeles County: St. Barnabas Senior Services – Wheels for Elders
    Free, door-to-door transportation for older adults in Central LA.

How the Program Works:

  • New Client? After 30 days of care, Heartfelt donates a portion of your second invoice to the charity of the month.

  • Referral? When someone you refer becomes a client, we donate again — and you receive a thank-you reward.
