An elderly family friend of ours had a bad fall in the bathroom and ended up at Torrance Memorial hospital which is where he was referred to Heartfelt Care Agency. They came and assessed him that day and put together a daily plan of how they were going to take care of him after he got discharged. When it came to choosing a Torrance caregiver agency for my aunt, it was an easy decision to go with Heartfelt Care. We interviewed a few others and no one came near their responsiveness and attention to detail. My aunt needed around the clock care and required daily bathing help and her caregivers have been able to go above and beyond what we thought caregivers provided. I reached out to a good friend of ours who had used Heartfelt Care Agency for her elderly mother because we started noticing that our 90 year old neighbor was wandering from his home. Sarah answered our call right away and came over to his house to assess what was going on. She was attentive and was able to put his family at ease with her knowledge and experience working with dementia. She got a caregiver to come that evening and the family is very happy that they don’t have to worry from afar. My dad had a stroke while visiting me over the summer. The hospital case manager said I needed to hire a care worker to assist him at my place because he lost some vision and his left arm was immobile and I wasn’t capable to help. She referred me to Sarah at Heartfelt Care Agency and it’s been a huge help so far. They’ve been able to help bathe him and get dressed every morning.
